Invoices follow Italian rules: 22% VAT shown separately, e-invoices through SDI with a recipient code or PEC, payment by SEPA transfer, card, Satispay or PayPal. Invoices follow Italian practice: VAT shown separately, e-invoices with a payment reference, and payment by transfer, Satispay or card. In a workshop doing custom work every job is different. The system opens the job with a work order, records the material and time used, and prepares delivery note and invoice with one click when done.

Job order
Customer request, dimensions and photos are added to the job order. The workshop employee enters time spent and material used on a tablet; the cost is visible before the job is finished.
The company approves quote and invoice amounts.
Delivery
When the job is finished, delivery note and invoice are prepared from the data in the job order; nothing needs retyping. For Italy, the QR invoice and VAT details are added.
VAT rates and accounting settings are clarified with the accountant.
