Multilingual school software: every family informed in its own language across Italy

Italian teams work mostly in Italian, often with English, Turkish or other languages among staff and customers; interfaces and messages are built for that from the start. Italian teams often work in several national languages with English or Turkish alongside, so screens and messages are prepared for that from day one. In Italy a school often brings several home languages together. The software translates not only the interface, but also parent e-mails, documents and notices to the family’s preferred language.

  • Italian, English
  • Pupil data and GDPR in mind
  • Roles and access log

How does the language choice work?

At enrolment the parent picks a language. Notices, reminders and documents go out in it. Staff choose their own interface language separately.

A missing translation falls back to the default language.

Who owns the texts?

You or your translator approve the template texts in Italian and English; we place them in the system. You can change the texts later yourself.

Other languages are quoted separately.
