Invoices follow Italian practice: VAT shown separately, e-invoices with a payment reference, and payment by transfer, Satispay or card. Orders from restaurants, shops and the co-op gather in one list; the delivery route and delivery note are prepared. The invoice comes out automatically after delivery.

Regular customers place orders by phone or link; the list is gathered by delivery day and compared with stock. The quantity received at delivery is recorded and the invoice follows any difference.
