Downtime periods and service levels are set in writing in the contract; no guarantee is given beforehand.

Hosting and monitoring

Server and application are monitored continuously; the team is informed of outages or slowdowns. Updates are made in a planned maintenance window and the hosting location (Iraq or another region) is stated in the contract.
