Entry
QR and pass.
Customers in Iraq commonly identify themselves with a national ID number, so forms and records leave room for it. In climbing and leisure centres entry, subscriptions, safety briefing and birthday bookings must be quick. The system admits visitors by QR, keeps the briefing record, manages birthdays and courses and ties in the till.
A visitor registers online, the participation declaration and briefing are completed; the system records date and person. At the door the QR code is scanned and parent details for children are shown.
The operator prepares liability and insurance texts with legal counsel.
Birthday packages and group events are booked with date, number of people and menu. Café and shop sales go through the same till; the day-end report shows them together with entry.
Equipment and wall safety inspection is not part of this system.
