Role
Visible scope.
Local payments run through Qi Card cards and online gateways such as Tap and MyFatoorah, and the checkout is prepared for them. Manager, accountant, caretaker, owner and tenant work in the same system but should not see the same data. Roles set the limits and the audit log tracks changes.
For each role the visible buildings, documents and actions are defined. A caretaker sees only work orders, an owner only their own unit.
Roles are defined together at set-up.
Key actions (amounts, status, document changes) are logged with user and time. Management can open a record’s history and see the differences.
Log entries cannot be deleted, only read.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
