CMC data privacy rules shape how customer records are kept, so access and retention are defined at the start. Rent, fees and utility advances are planned per unit. On the invoice date PDF and QR code are prepared and e-mailed; incoming payments are matched using the bank file.
The bank file format is clarified with your bank.
Unpaid items are listed; stepped reminder texts are sent with your approval. Management sees in one list who owes how much.

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
