Temperature
Per shipment.
Companies listed on Boursa Iraq or working with banks often need bilingual, audit-friendly records, and this setup keeps them. Cold logistics firms carrying food, pharmaceuticals and similar goods want to keep temperature records together with shipments. The system links sensor or manually entered temperature values to the shipment, batch and vehicle; if a threshold is exceeded it prepares an alert.
If sensor data can be read through a suitable interface, it is added to the shipment automatically; otherwise the driver or warehouse employee enters the value in the app. For each shipment, the temperature history and threshold breaches are visible on one screen.
Sensor connection is assessed separately depending on the device.
When a threshold is exceeded, the shipment is flagged, an e-mail alert to the responsible person is prepared and the measure taken is added to the record. At delivery, the temperature record can be attached to the delivery document and sent to the customer as PDF.
The software keeps records; it does not guarantee compliance with regulations or certification, these matters are the responsibility of the company and its specialist.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
In Iraq, customers of food and pharmaceutical transport ask for temperature records. The system keeps and exports these records; which range, measuring frequency and whether the documents meet legal requirements is decided by the company and its specialist.
It depends on the device's data transfer method; it is assessed separately, and you can also start with manual entry.
No compliance guarantee is given; records are kept and suitability is assessed by the company and its specialist.
