Ratio rule
Clear and fast.
Many Iraqi teams work Sunday to Thursday, and scheduling, reminders and reports follow that week. The live number of children is compared with the staffing ratio you define. A warning comes in advance if there is a shortfall.
The kita defines the ratio in the system according to its municipality and licence conditions; the number of children arriving and leaving is compared with the staff present at that moment. If the ratio is about to drop, for instance at lunch or during meetings, a warning is given in advance and an end-of-day ratio record is kept.
