Clash check
A teacher booked in two places at once is flagged.

Timetable software: no clashes, changes reach everyone, built for Iraq
In Iraq, quotes and invoices are in dinars with three decimals, and the setup is planned around that from day one. When a teacher is ill or a room changes, the plan is fixed by hand and everyone is told one by one. The software records the change once, and teachers, parents and pupils see the current plan.

Planning
Lessons, durations and repeats are defined once and clashes are flagged. Instead of solving by hand you see alternative times and rooms.
In course centres, evening and weekend groups run on the same calendar.
When things change
A substitute teacher or cancelled lesson is marked and the people concerned receive an e-mail. No phone chain is needed.
The plan stays current in the teacher and parent portals.

How we work
- 1
Clarify the need
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
- 2
Build and connect
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
- 3
Test and launch
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
Iraqi-specific points
School holidays and public holidays differ by municipality, so we set up the holiday calendar for yours. Plan printouts are available in the languages your customers speak.
Frequently asked questions
Does it generate timetables automatically?
Scope depends on your school; rule-based planning and clash checks are standard, automatic suggestions are added as needed.
Can parents see the plan too?
Yes, in the parent portal they see only their own child’s plan.
