Work order
Ready on site.
Many Iraqi teams work Sunday to Thursday, and scheduling, reminders and reports follow that week. A work order is assigned to parcel, machine and person; work done, time and inputs used are recorded from the field by phone.
When the job is done the person enters the work done, time and the fertiliser or spray used; these go to the parcel record and deduct from stock. Machine operating hours are collected and a reminder comes when service is due.

There are legal record requirements for plant-protection product use; the farm defines the needed fields and the software keeps the record orderly.
Scope is clarified at setup; for weak connections a later sync can be planned.
