Taking orders at the customer’s side across Finland
Work is planned in short stages with a demo at the end of each, so you can change course early. A field salesperson needs price, stock and history at the customer visit. The system shows the visit plan, opens the customer card and price list on the phone, takes the order on the spot, saves the visit note and shows target progress.

Visit and order
The salesperson sees the day’s visits on a map and list, opens the customer card and reviews latest orders, open invoices and price list. The order is entered on the phone; it appears at head office instantly and the warehouse starts preparing.
Offline operation and device compatibility are assessed separately.
Note, target and report
After the visit, note, next step and reminder are saved and land on the customer timeline. Sales target and achieved turnover are visible per salesperson; visit count and order rate are reported to the manager.
If location tracking is used, employee information and data-protection rules are assessed separately by the company.
