Tournament: step by step from entry to ranking
Teams in Turku, Jyväskylä, Lucerne and St. Gallen get the same fixed-scope approach and one contact who replies within a working day. Participants register online, fixtures are published, results are entered on match day by phone and the ranking updates itself. The organiser does not fight with spreadsheets and participants see results via a link.

Entry and fixtures
Teams or players enter with category and fee; when the entry period ends the system builds the fixtures. Fixtures are published by pitch and time and sent to participants by e-mail.
Federation rules and ranking points are set by the club.
Match day and result
The official enters the result by phone; the table and ranking update. Participants see the result and next match via a link; at tournament end the final table and report are ready.
Live scoreboard hardware is out of scope.

Tournaments in Finland draw participants from different language regions; the entry form, fixtures and result page are offered in DE, FR, IT or EN. The entry fee is collected in EUR with the payment link.

Yes; the fixture and result page is phone-friendly and opens via a link.
How are participants told if the schedule changes?
The change is e-mailed to the teams concerned and updated on the page.
