Studio: classes, levels and subscriptions in one system, matched to your state
We build for how Finnish SMEs really operate: cantonal differences, holidays that vary by state and seasonal peaks in tourism and trade. In judo, karate, yoga or dance studios, class schedules, level tracking and subscriptions are mostly managed separately. The system keeps the class, attendance, belt or level progress and subscription together, and informs parents.

Classes and levels
For each class, instructor, time and capacity are defined. Attendance is recorded; the number of classes remaining before a belt or level exam is visible and the exam date is announced.
Exam rules and level names are set by the studio.
Subscriptions and trial
A trial class is booked online and converted to a subscription afterwards. For child members a parent record is kept, and notices and invoices go to the parent.
Insurance and health declaration processes are clarified with legal counsel.

Finland-specific points
In Finland martial arts are mostly run under clubs while yoga and dance are often in independent studios; the system supports both the association and business model. Invoices are prepared in EUR with the payment link.

Can belt exams and level tracking be set up?
Yes; levels, required class count and exam date are defined per studio.
Can online classes be managed?
Class booking and link sharing are managed; video streaming infrastructure is out of scope.
