Costs
Items and invoices.
Invoices follow Finnish practice: VAT (ALV) shown separately, payment link with a payment reference, and payment by transfer, Klarna or card. The year-end statement is quick if records are kept regularly through the year. This page shows the process step by step: costs, meters, allocation, review and dispatch.
Incoming invoices are entered by item and building. Meter readings are added at period end by file or by hand.
The system shows a warning list for missing entries.
The allocation key is chosen, each unit’s share is compared with advances. Management reviews; PDFs go to tenants by e-mail and are filed.
Final responsibility for the figures rests with management.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
In Finland the utility (Nebenkosten) statement usually rests on advance payments (Akonto) and an annual statement. Period, items and deadlines follow your tenancy contracts; no legal assessment is made.
Yes; it is prepared the same way for a chosen period.
The statement is split by the relevant period; you define the rules.
