Booking journey

From billing to archive for law and fiduciary offices, matched to your state

Invoices follow Finnish practice: VAT (ALV) shown separately, payment link with a payment reference, and payment by transfer, Klarna or card. The file ends, the final bill is issued, payment arrives and the file moves to the archive. The retention period is assigned automatically.

  • English and other languages
  • EUR, VAT (ALV) and tourist tax
  • Data protection under revFADP

From closing to archive

When a file closes, open deadlines, unpaid bills and missing documents are checked; if clear, the closing is approved. The file moves into a read-only archive and a deletion reminder comes when the retention period ends.
