Confidentiality comes first
Session notes are open only to the treating therapist; managers and reception cannot see them by default. Every access is logged.
Reminder e-mails never carry session content or a diagnosis.
Flexible working
In-person and video sessions are planned in one calendar. A series is created in one step, and cancellation rules are as you set them.
Invoice form and insurance conditions are clarified in writing with you.
