Cost
Material and labour.
Businesses in Helsinki, Tampere and Västerås usually want this running before the next VAT (ALV) return, so the scope follows how your team really works. When a quote price is given by guesswork, you only learn afterwards whether the job made or lost money. The system calculates the estimate from material, labour and machine hours, compares it with actual costs when the job is done and shows the difference.
The bill of materials, work steps and hourly rates build the cost; the overhead rate is entered by the company. A profit margin is added for the quote and a PDF quote is sent to the customer.
This does not replace accounting or tax calculation.
When the job is finished the actual calculation is made with real material, hours and scrap. Variance is reported by product, customer or machine so the price can be corrected in the next quote.
The profit margin decision belongs to the company.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
