Daily flow
In the morning and evening the team records arrivals and departures on a tablet. Short notes are added during the day, and parents read them in the app.
Authorised pick-up persons are stored.
Care days and invoice
Care days from the family contract go into the calendar. At month-end the invoice is prepared from actual attendance and the contract rule.
Tariff rules (e.g. sibling discount) can be defined.
