Prices are quoted in EUR, and the scope is fixed before work starts, so the invoice holds no surprises. Services and products sold gather on one bill; a tip is added, payment taken and the receipt prepared. If needed, an invoice goes out as a payment link.

Payment when the service ends
When an appointment closes the bill is ready: services, products sold, voucher and package deductions together. On payment a receipt is issued, and at the end of the day a till summary is prepared and can be exported to accounting.
