Why Bilbao businesses choose Globalsoft
- Everything is delivered remotely: briefings, demos and approvals happen by video call in Central European Time (CET/CEST, UTC+1/+2), so Bilbao companies get the same quality as a local agency without the overhead.
- Quotes are given in euros (EUR) and IVA (Spanish IVA, 21%) is not included. Each quote states clearly what is included, with no hidden costs.
- Personal data is handled under the GDPR (RGPD) and Spain's LOPDGDD, with secure EU-based hosting, encrypted connections and cookie consent that follows AEPD guidance.
- Sites and apps are built to be accessible (WCAG 2.2, the European Accessibility Act) and ready for electronic invoicing, Bizum and card payments through Redsys or Stripe.

Frequently asked questions
Can you work with steel, engineering and machinery in Bilbao?
Yes. We regularly build software for this kind of business and adapt it to Spanish tax, invoicing and data-protection requirements. We start with a short call and send a fixed quote.
Do I need to meet you in person in Bilbao?
No. Projects run remotely with scheduled video calls, shared prototypes and a clear timeline. We can meet in person for larger projects if you prefer.
How much does a website or app cost for a Bilbao business?
Prices depend on scope. Our catalogue prices are in euros and IVA (Spanish IVA, 21%) are not included. A short brief is enough for a fixed quote.
Will my website work in Spanish and English?
Yes. We build multilingual sites with correct hreflang, translated URLs and metadata, so Google shows the right language to each visitor in Spain.
Is the data of my Bilbao customers protected?
Yes. We follow the GDPR and LOPDGDD, use EU hosting, encrypted connections and role-based access, and can provide a data-processing agreement.
