Customer path from enquiry to payment

An enquiry arrives, the quote goes out the same day

The first step of a sale is answering an enquiry quickly and correctly. The enquiry from the e-mail is linked to the customer record, items are searched, the customer-specific price and current stock are visible, the quote is sent as PDF and a follow-up reminder is raised if no answer comes.

Enquiry to quote

The enquiry is linked to the customer record; for a new customer a quick record is opened. Items are searched, the customer price list is applied, stock and estimated lead time are visible and the quote is ready in a few minutes.

Price and margin rules are set by the company.

Sending and follow-up

The quote goes by e-mail as PDF with a validity date. If no answer comes a reminder is raised; if the customer accepts, the quote becomes an order in one click, and if declined the reason is recorded.

Quote preparation time depends on product range and price structure.

Your benefits

How we work

  1. 1

    Clarify the need

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.

  2. 2

    Build and connect

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.

Spanish-specific points

In Spain customers expect the quote in their own language with EUR prices, with IVA shown separately. The system prepares the quote in one of several languages according to the customer; the company and its specialist check IVA and commercial terms.
