Booking: from free slot to the game
A member or guest sees the free slot in the calendar, selects the court, pays and receives a confirmation e-mail. A reminder arrives before the game and it can be cancelled within the rule; facility management sees occupancy in real time.

Choice and payment
The user picks date, time and court; the system applies member or guest prices. Payment is online or on account, and the confirmation e-mail comes with a calendar entry.
Payment method options are assessed separately.
Game and cancellation
A reminder e-mail goes out before the game. The cancellation rule can be free within a period and chargeable afterwards; the freed slot becomes bookable again at once.

Spanish-specific points
In Spain court and hall booking mostly depends on member and guest prices and the season; the system manages indoor and outdoor seasons separately. The calendar is shown in DE, FR, IT or EN, with prices in EUR.
Frequently asked questions
Can a guest book without creating an account?
Yes; an e-mail address is enough, with guest price and payment condition.
What happens to bookings cancelled due to weather?
According to the club’s rule, the fee is refunded or the slot reassigned.
