From shipment to invoice with the Stripe

Writing the invoice for a delivered shipment by hand is slow and error-prone. The system gathers delivered shipments, prepares the EUR invoice with tariff and surcharges, adds the Stripe and tracks payment status.

Preparing invoices

Delivered shipments are grouped per customer or invoiced one by one. Fixed tariff, distance, weight and extra items such as waiting charges are added; a collective invoice can also be prepared.

The company defines tariffs and surcharge rules.

Payment and accounting

The invoice goes by e-mail as a PDF with the Stripe; as payments arrive the status is updated and a reminder e-mail is prepared for overdue invoices. A CSV export is available for accounting.

IVA rates and accounting settings are clarified with the accountant.
