Roles and audit log: who, what, when
If everyone in the workshop can change everything, confusion follows. Roles give separate permissions for operator, shift lead, planning and management; every change is written to the audit log and can be traced back.

Roles
Ready-made roles are adapted to the company. An operator sees their own jobs and documents, a shift lead manages their team, planning handles orders and schedules, and management sees the reports.
Custom role needs are discussed during setup.
Audit log
Changes to prices, orders, stock and quality records are stored with old and new value. The log is filtered by date, user and action and can be exported.
Retention periods are set by the company.

Spanish-specific points
In small and medium Spanish workshops one person often takes several roles; the system allows several roles per person. The log language can be DE, FR, IT, EN or TR.
Frequently asked questions
Can one person have several roles?
Yes; permissions combine and the log shows them separately.
Can the audit log be deleted?
Normal users cannot delete the log; the retention period is set by the company.
