Dashboard
The dashboard calculates OEE for each machine and shift from availability, performance and quality rates. The most frequent downtime reasons are ranked; management sees the status against the daily target at a glance.
Target values are set by the company.
Report
A daily and weekly summary goes by e-mail to chosen people. Periods, machines and products are compared; the report is exported as CSV and PDF.
Figures are based only on the records entered in the system.
