Procedures done and medication given are written to the bill, deducted from stock and payment is offered to the owner. Receipt and invoice come from the same record.

Items chosen in the exam room fall onto the bill automatically; the assistant checks and presents it to the owner. When payment is taken the invoice closes and any open amount or instalment plan is recorded.
