Ticket: from selection to scan at the door

The visitor selects the event, chooses the ticket type, pays and receives a PDF ticket by e-mail. At the door the code is scanned and double use is blocked. The organiser follows sales and entry live throughout.

  • German, French, Italian, English
  • QR-bill and CHF
  • Roles and audit log

Purchase

The visitor chooses ticket type and quantity, enters personal details and pays. The ticket arrives immediately by e-mail as a PDF, and the purchase confirmation goes out by e-mail too.

Payment provider options are assessed separately.

Door and report

Staff scan the code by phone; valid, used or cancelled status is shown at once. After the event sales, entry and revenue are reported by event and ticket type.

Offline check options are assessed separately.

Your benefits

How we work

  1. 1

    Clarify the need

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.

  2. 2

    Build and connect

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.

Swiss-specific points

In Switzerland a ticket page often needs DE, FR and IT at once; the purchase screen and ticket e-mail arrive in the visitor’s language. Prices are shown in CHF with VAT details.

Frequently asked questions

What if the ticket e-mail does not arrive?

The buyer downloads the ticket again from their own page or the organiser resends it.

Can tickets be bought as a guest without an account?

Yes; purchase works with an e-mail address and no account.
