Fitness studio: subscription, entry and classes together
When subscription renewals, freeze requests, door cards and class capacity are handled in separate tools, staff lose time. One system links membership, entry, classes and collection and flags members at risk of leaving.

Membership
Subscription types, term, price and notice period are defined. A freeze request comes in online, the rule is held in the system, and renewals and payments are tracked automatically.
Termination and freeze terms are set by the studio according to the contract.
Entry and classes
Members enter with a card or QR code and entry is logged. Group classes are booked with capacity and waiting list; a rule applies for no-shows.
Turnstile and card reader hardware is assessed separately.

Swiss-specific points
In Switzerland fitness subscriptions are sold annually or monthly with freeze conditions; prices are in CHF and can be collected via QR-bill. The interface works in DE, FR, IT or EN.
Frequently asked questions
Can trial sessions and trial memberships be set up?
Yes; a trial package is defined with term and price and converts to a membership afterwards.
Can several locations be managed?
Yes; membership and reports can be viewed per location or together.
