Groups and templates
Groups are formed by team, age category, class or parent. Templates are ready for cancelled sessions, match invitations and fee reminders.
Messages are sent by e-mail only.
Sending and log
Messages are sent immediately or at a set time. The delivery status of each send is recorded; bounced addresses are flagged in the list.
For bulk communication, consent and an opt-out link are added according to the rules.
