Guests see reception and rooms, but behind them sit cleaning, maintenance, purchasing and shift planning. Notes, phone calls and spreadsheets quickly cause gaps: a room is not yet cleaned although the guest is arriving, or breakfast supplies have run out.

A shared system makes the status visible to everyone. Housekeeping marks a room ready, reception sees it at once and can check the guest in.

Linking tasks, rooms and stock

Cleaning orders are created automatically from departures and stays, and the team works through the list on a smartphone. You log defects with photo and priority and assign them to the maintenance team.

For stock you define minimum levels. When an item falls below, a notice appears so reorders happen in time. That avoids shortages and overstock.
