Supplies and stock: minimum-level alerts, expiry dates and an order list

Finding out supplies have run out is never a good moment. The stock module records goods in and out, and flags items below their minimum or close to expiry.

  • German, French, Italian, English
  • Patient data and nFADP in mind
  • Roles and access log

It tells you before you run out

For gloves, syringes, test kits or lab consumables a minimum level is defined. When stock falls below it, the item joins the order list.

Batch and expiry records help prevent expired material from being used.

Rooms and counts

Stock can be tracked by room or store. If a periodic count shows a difference, it is recorded and linked to the user.

Supplier, unit and price sit in the same record, and an order can be sent by e-mail.
