Produce in stock is allocated to orders, packed and sent out for delivery. Stock and orders update together.
Incoming orders are allocated against stock batches; if there is a shortfall a warning comes and an alternative batch is suggested. The packing list and labels are printed with the batch number and on delivery day the route and delivery note are ready.
