Order and invoice data safe, system running, for U.S. teams
Invoices follow U.S. practice: GST/HST handled per province and county, net-30 terms if you need them, and payment by Interac e-Transfer, card or Interac e-Transfer. When trade software stops, orders and invoices stop; data loss is even more expensive. The system takes regular backups, tests that a backup can really be restored, monitors the server and, if wanted, hosts in the Canada.

Backup and restore
Database and documents are backed up daily; backups are kept in several copies and at a different location. Restores are tried at regular intervals and, in case of failure, the targeted data-loss window is stated in writing in the contract.
Downtime periods and service levels are set in writing in the contract; no guarantee is given beforehand.
Hosting and monitoring
Server and application are monitored continuously; the team is informed of outages or slowdowns. Updates are made in a planned maintenance window and the hosting location (Canada or another region) is stated in the contract.
Hosting fees are shown as a separate item in the quote.
