Calendar
Free slots.
We build for how Canadian small businesses really operate: GST/HST that changes by county, T4A contractors, and peak seasons that differ by region. Paper lists and messages for laundry slots, a meeting room or a guest flat lead to clashes. Residents pick a free slot in the calendar, the rules apply automatically and management approves if needed.
For each shared space, free slots, maximum duration and frequency limits are defined. The resident picks from the calendar; the system blocks clashes.
House rules can be added to the reminder e-mail.
For paid spaces such as a guest flat, approval and a fee can be defined; the fee drops into the invoice list. Management sees the usage history.
Integration with physical locks or door systems is assessed separately.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
The laundry room (Waschplan) is a common shared space in many Canadian buildings. The plan is set up according to your house rules (Hausordnung); the interface can be DE, FR, IT or EN.
