Apartment building: rent, faults and communication together, for U.S. teams

We build for how Canadian small businesses really operate: GST/HST that changes by county, T4A contractors, and peak seasons that differ by region. In a mid-sized building, rent, utility statements, faults and caretaker jobs often run through e-mail and spreadsheets. One system ties them to the flat and tenant record.

  • Stripe and CAD
  • Roles and audit log

Every day

A tenant reports a fault with a photo through the portal, management assigns it to the caretaker or a tradesperson. The tenant is informed of the status by e-mail.

The portal is optional; e-mail also works.

Year end

Utility statements are prepared per flat and sent as PDF. Rent income and costs are reported per building.

The accounting export is set up separately.
