Invoices follow U.S. practice: GST/HST handled per province and county, net-30 terms if you need them, and payment by Interac e-Transfer, card or Interac e-Transfer. In a workshop doing custom work every job is different. The system opens the job with a work order, records the material and time used, and prepares delivery note and invoice with one click when done.
Customer request, dimensions and photos are added to the job order. The workshop employee enters time spent and material used on a tablet; the cost is visible before the job is finished.
The company approves quote and invoice amounts.
When the job is finished, delivery note and invoice are prepared from the data in the job order; nothing needs retyping. For Canada, the QR invoice and GST/HST details are added.
GST/HST rates and accounting settings are clarified with the accountant.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
Canadian craft businesses often work with small teams and want simple software. The system can be used in DE, FR, IT, EN or TR, prices are shown in CAD, and setup and support run by e-mail.
