Prices are quoted in CAD, GST/HST shown separately where it applies, and the scope is fixed before work starts. When fees live in spreadsheets and invoices in another program, who has paid and who is late stays unclear. The software generates the fee plan from the pupil record, issues the invoice and shows late payments.

From fee plan to invoice
Fee items are defined by your rules: enrolment, term, meals, transport or materials. The invoice is built from these items and sent to parents by e-mail.
Sibling discounts are applied automatically.
Tracking payments
Incoming payments are matched to invoices, late ones are listed and a reminder e-mail is prepared. An export for accounting is possible.
Parents see clearly what each item is for.
