Creative courses: enrolment, places and material fees in one system, for U.S. teams
Personal data is handled with PIPEDA and province privacy laws in mind, so access, retention and deletion requests are defined early. In painting, ceramics or photography workshops places are few and material costs are billed separately. When enrolment, waiting list and material fee are linked, participants get a clear invoice.

Course flow
The course page shows dates, places and fee. Participants enroll; when full they join the waiting list and are notified when a place opens.
A course-specific material list can be sent by e-mail.
Invoice and cancelation
Course fee and material fee are invoiced as separate lines. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the course is canceled and participants are informed.
Cancelation and refund rules follow your own terms.
