Participant journey

Participants see the program, choose a course, enroll and receive payment details. When a course is full they join a waiting list and are notified when a place frees up.

A feedback form can follow the course.

Certificates and corporate clients

Participants who meet the attendance requirement receive a certificate. Companies add staff in one booking; the invoice goes to the company.

Officially recognized diplomas are a separate matter; the conditions belong to your institution.
