Invoices follow U.S. practice: GST/HST handled per province and county, net-30 terms if you need them, and payment by Interac e-Transfer, card or Interac e-Transfer. Fixed, percentage or hourly fees are prepared from phases and hours. The Stripe goes out in the client’s language and matches when paid.

The fee method from the contract is defined in the project file; as phases complete, a draft invoice is prepared with extra services and disbursements added. The reviewer approves, the invoice is sent in the client’s language and receivables show in the file.
