Why Hidd businesses choose Globalsoft
- Everything is delivered remotely and planned around Bahrain time (GMT+3). Our Istanbul and Erbil team keeps hours that overlap with yours, so questions get answered the same day.
- Quotes are given in BHD with a fixed scope and clear milestones, and VAT at 10% is shown separately in the quote, so you always know what you pay and when.
- Customer data is handled with the Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018) in mind: consent, access control and deletion flows are designed in from the first sprint, not added later.

How fast can you start a project for a Hidd business?
After a short call we send a written scope and fixed quote, normally within one working day. Work starts once you approve it.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. Source code, content and customer data belong to your company, and we hand over documentation at delivery.
Do you work in Arabic and English?
Yes. Your site, app or system can run in Arabic and English, and we can add Turkish if you also serve Turkish-speaking customers. Arabic content is written for readers in Bahrain.
