Everyone sees only their work, every action is logged

In trade, sales, warehouse, accounting and management use the same system but should not have the same permissions. The system defines roles and a permission matrix, can require approval for sensitive actions and logs all changes with user, date and old and new value.

Roles and permissions

Sales, warehouse, accounting and management roles come ready and can be adapted to the firm. Actions such as price, discount, deletion and export are switched on or off per field; discounts above a set amount can also require manager approval.

The permission structure is set up at project start according to the company’s organisation.

Audit log

Every change is recorded with user, time and old and new value; the history of a quote, price or invoice can be reviewed afterwards. Records cannot be deleted by users and can be exported.

Log retention periods and rules are determined by the company and its specialist.

Australian-specific points

In Australia SMEs work with small teams and one person may take several roles. The system supports assigning several roles to one user; assessment of record-keeping and retention duties belongs to the company and its specialist.

Frequently asked questions

Can a user have several roles?
