Entry
Team and player.
When tournament entries, fixtures and result tables live in separate files, announcements and rankings lag. The system takes team or player entries, publishes fixtures, records results and updates rankings.
The tournament format (group, knockout, league) is chosen, entry period and fee defined. Participants register online; the system checks capacity and category conditions.
Federation rules are defined by the club.
Fixtures are published by pitch and time. A referee or official enters the result on the phone; rankings update automatically and participants receive an e-mail.
Live scoreboard hardware is out of scope.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
Tournaments in Australia often bring multilingual participants together; announcements and entry forms are prepared in DE, FR, IT or EN. Federation licence or category rules are set by the club.
