Fees: invoice, payment matching and reminder together

Preparing fee invoices for hundreds of members, tracking payments and reminding those who forgot overloads volunteer management. The system produces invoice and QR code, matches payments and lists open items.

How we work

  1. 1

    Clarify the need

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.

  2. 2

    Build and connect

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.

Australian-specific points

The BPAY is the Australian payment standard; amounts are in AUD. BPAY biller code, reference type and bank file format are clarified with your bank and treasurer. Payment methods such as PayID are assessed separately.
