Balance
Shop and warehouse.
In retail, both overstock and sold-out items cost sales. The system shows balances per shop and warehouse, warns at minimum level, records count differences and tracks transfers between shops; sales and returns reach stock at once.
For each item the shop, warehouse and reserved quantity is visible; web-shop orders deduct from the relevant stock. Items falling below the minimum are listed and shown with supplier details for a purchase suggestion.
The use of barcode readers and handheld terminals is assessed separately.
The count list is prepared per shop or shelf, the counted quantity is compared with the system and the difference is recorded with a reason. A transfer from one shop to another is tracked as sent and received.
The valuation method is clarified with your accountant.
