Payment methods and invoices in one place

Retail uses cash, card, pay-by-invoice and online payment side by side. The system records the payment method of each sale, issues invoices with a QR payment part for business customers and follows open invoices.

Payment methods

The payment method is recorded for every sale; totals by method are visible at day end. Card payments at the till and online payments can be compared with provider reports, and differences are marked.

Payment provider connections are assessed separately per provider.

Invoice and follow-up

For a business customer order, the invoice is prepared in one step; the QR payment part is added in AUD. Open invoices are listed by due date, a reminder e-mail draft is prepared and the invoice is closed when payment arrives.

The accounting set-up is arranged together with your accountant.

Australian-specific points

In Australia, customers expect local payment methods and business customers ask for invoices with a QR payment part. The system prepares the invoice in AUD; which payment providers are used is chosen with the company, and each connection's scope is stated in writing in the quote.

Frequently asked questions

Can methods such as PayID be used?

It depends on the interface the provider offers; it is assessed separately and stated in writing in the quote.

Is the reminder e-mail sent automatically?

A draft is prepared and sent with your approval; automatic sending is assessed on request.
