Role
Limited view.
Logistics software holds personal data such as addresses, location traces, delivery signatures and working hours. The system limits access by role, encrypts the connection and manages retention and deletion of records in a controlled way.
A user sees only the data their role requires; a driver sees only their own tour and a customer only their own shipments. The connection is encrypted with HTTPS and passwords are not stored as plain text.
Security settings are defined together during setup.
Location data is used only during work and for the required purpose; the company sets the retention period. After that it is deleted or anonymised, and accesses are kept in the access log.

The server location is chosen together at project start and stated in writing in the quote.
Yes; location sharing is a separate setting and can be kept off by company decision.
