Interface
Five languages.
In Australian workshops the team is often multilingual. The interface and instructions appear in the language each employee chooses, which reduces misunderstandings and the need for extra explanation.
Menus, forms and notifications are offered. Each user chooses their language in the profile; the same screen appears in English for one employee and in Vietnamese for another.
Technical terms are matched to the company’s own glossary.
Language versions of work instructions and checklists are linked; the operator opens the version in their own language. Documents going to customers are prepared in the customer’s language.
The company provides or approves the translated content.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
In Australia teams speak English and often Mandarin, Vietnamese, Arabic, Greek, Italian or Hindi. Additional language needs are discussed at quote stage; price documents are prepared in AUD.
Yes; the scope and time for an extra language are presented in writing at quote stage.
The interface translation comes with the software; company-specific instructions are provided by the company, with support if wanted.
