Protecting employee and customer data

Manufacturing software holds sensitive data such as employee hours, customer drawings and prices. The system limits access by role, encrypts the connection and handles removal of data in a controlled way.

  • BPAY and AUD
  • Roles and audit log

Access and encryption

A user sees only the data their role requires; for example an operator cannot see hourly rates and costs. The connection is encrypted with HTTPS and passwords are not stored as plain text.

Required security settings are defined together during setup.

Deletion and log

Personal data can be deleted or anonymised after a period set by the company. Who accessed which record and when is kept in the access log.
